"That which you draw on will increase. That which you share will multiply. That which you withhold will diminish. That which you are born with must be claimed, used and develop."

This is my 3rd post in my series on completing my 100+ drafts. I thank myself for showing up. I don't know to whom to attribute this quote and cannot remember why I started with this particular one. In any case, here it is and I am continuing to fill it with my thoughts.

This photo was in my draft, I thought of erasing it but decided not to.

I can hear the tickling clock and and the sound of a weeding machine (debroussailleuse). It's sunny and not that hot here. We are surrrounded by pine trees and are nestled  in an area where mountains seems to majestically remind us its strenght and beauty.

There are 100+ drafts and if I want to finish them before the year ends, ideally, there should be 5 drafts to complete each week. Or at least write everyday. This is a big challenge nevertheless an interesting one to do. Given the fact that I need silence and a longer time to gather all my thoughts together. Not that I write complicated things ;) But am I ready to spend 2 hours to be with myself? Are the others ready not to bother me and respect my two hours of writing time? And why two hours?

As mentioned, I need to gather all my thoughts, weave all words into  something coherent, google synonyms, so as not to sound too redundant. Choose images from my library which most of it needs sorting out. Then there's need important need to go to the kitchen and have another cup of coffee. Return to my table and ignore the other cleaning up waiting for me all over the house.

The solution : to carefully lay out the plan the night before. Be it, home or admin task.

I have yet to find another image for this post, but for the meantime, my third cup of coffee is waiting. And whoever you are, thank you for reading this. May the abundance/prosperity that is rightfully yours, find its way to you.

Have a wonderful day and by the way, can you please a comment or leave a heart? Clicking Like will do as well.

Our mid-week get away in Dijon

Dijon, one of the cities in France, was the destination of our mid-week get away. The city, which is well known for its mustard,is a 3-hour train ride from Genève via Lausanne. As I've mentioned in my previous post ,this was my first time to visit the city. We arrived mid-day to a gloomy surrounding and headed to Quick, sort of Jollibee here. Yet,the real treat was in the old town. Walking on the paved street for me was like being transported to another era. Aside from Musée des Beaux-Arts Dijon, we were able to visit Cathédrale de Saint Bénigne and the Notre Dame de Dijon. However, due to time constraint we were not able to visit other places. Our evening meal was in Le Théâtre des Sens, a small but cozy restaurant and where I've tried escargot. Yes, I did and blame it on the kir! Our dinner was really good, the waiter was very cheery and accomodating. We stayed at the Hotel Des Ducs where we spent the rest of the night watching crime scene investigation. Ah! the joy of havin...

Imortal invades my home

A special thanks to My CHOS for letting me use the above photo. Just click on the photo to see more of John Lloyd and Angel Locsin. Recently, I have been smiling a lot because of John Lloyd Cruz and Angel Locsin. This is after I have discovered Imortal one fine afternoon when the girls were having their nap and Nanay was having her quiet moment. Many viewers have compared the series to Twilight which I haven't seen yet. Yes, I might be the only soul who has not seen the film though I &hearts Robert Pattinson's eyes. Maybe soon, when I've got the time. Anyway, back to Imortal and John Lloyd Cruz--yes, this is my new fave tv series. I look forward every night for my girls to go to bed so that I can watch Imortal in peace. There are times when I just watch a week of the series on Fridays. This saves me time and I got to do something else. There's only one thing which frustrates me--nobody to share my "kilig Imortal" moments with. Now,please excuse me if I...

I wonder...

How can I stop looking up the sky? With it's beauty that never ceases to amaze me.
