Organize a room - is there an easy way out? / Completing my 100+ drafts

20 April 2011. Having two girls is not a good reason to accumulate so much stuff. Sorting out the storage made me realize that.
It's absurd to have collected those things in the house. I'm having a hard time organizing things out--or rather, letting things go, you know, just in case! But I cannot organize the room if I will not let go of unnecessary stuff. Why, I asked myself, is it so hard to let go and not think that I might use them again? I thought of asking for help,

91/100+
Present day
I am not organizing anything today. I will finish this draft while Bresh's song is playing from my Spotify playlist. While books are enticing me to read them, while I still have dishes to wash. Even if I really wanted to have my 4th coffee, even if I wanted to get up and dance with eyes closed, swing all around the room.
And feel with all my being the lyrics of Introvabile and then continue this movement with
Gazzelle. Yes, I am into Italian songs. I feel like I am on vacation. My fingers are typing these words as if I am playing a piano or even a drum. In every beat of their lyrics...like a poem to my heart. Maybe I was once an Italian in my former life, standing amidst a garden full of flowers and trees, yet I don't see any banquet but a field where songs, poems, music- yes, music keep me alive and functioning, with every beat of my heart and emotions that exist in my being.
It's almost 4 in the afternoon. I am drowning in song. Cosa fare?

Our mid-week get away in Dijon

Dijon, one of the cities in France, was the destination of our mid-week get away. The city, which is well known for its mustard,is a 3-hour train ride from Genève via Lausanne. As I've mentioned in my previous post ,this was my first time to visit the city. We arrived mid-day to a gloomy surrounding and headed to Quick, sort of Jollibee here. Yet,the real treat was in the old town. Walking on the paved street for me was like being transported to another era. Aside from Musée des Beaux-Arts Dijon, we were able to visit Cathédrale de Saint Bénigne and the Notre Dame de Dijon. However, due to time constraint we were not able to visit other places. Our evening meal was in Le Théâtre des Sens, a small but cozy restaurant and where I've tried escargot. Yes, I did and blame it on the kir! Our dinner was really good, the waiter was very cheery and accomodating. We stayed at the Hotel Des Ducs where we spent the rest of the night watching crime scene investigation. Ah! the joy of havin...

I wonder...

How can I stop looking up the sky? With it's beauty that never ceases to amaze me.

Imortal invades my home

A special thanks to My CHOS for letting me use the above photo. Just click on the photo to see more of John Lloyd and Angel Locsin. Recently, I have been smiling a lot because of John Lloyd Cruz and Angel Locsin. This is after I have discovered Imortal one fine afternoon when the girls were having their nap and Nanay was having her quiet moment. Many viewers have compared the series to Twilight which I haven't seen yet. Yes, I might be the only soul who has not seen the film though I &hearts Robert Pattinson's eyes. Maybe soon, when I've got the time. Anyway, back to Imortal and John Lloyd Cruz--yes, this is my new fave tv series. I look forward every night for my girls to go to bed so that I can watch Imortal in peace. There are times when I just watch a week of the series on Fridays. This saves me time and I got to do something else. There's only one thing which frustrates me--nobody to share my "kilig Imortal" moments with. Now,please excuse me if I...
